• Landlord performance
• Vendor service quality or timelines
• Car condition or vehicle performance
• School admissions
• Immigration or regulatory approvals

All decisions made by clients are at their own discretion and risk.

3. Client Responsibility & Due Diligence

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Verifying property condition before leasing
• Reviewing and understanding lease agreements
• Ensuring payments to landlords/vendors are correct
• Compliance with Indian laws, housing society rules, and visa conditions
• Maintaining rented property and vehicles

URSM is not responsible for financial loss, disputes, or damages arising from client decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability (Strong Protection)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

URSM shall not be liable for:

• Property defects or maintenance issues
• Security incidents or theft
• Landlord-tenant disputes
• Vendor delays or service failures
• Lease termination penalties
• Rent increases
• Utility disruptions
• Vehicle accidents or breakdowns
• Loss of belongings
• Personal injury
• Immigration or regulatory changes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

URSM’s total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the service fee paid directly to URSM for the specific service.

5. Third-Party Disputes

Any dispute related to:

• Lease terms
• Property damage
• Refund of deposits
• Vehicle issues
• Vendor service failures

must be resolved directly between the client and the third-party provider. URSM may assist in communication but holds no legal responsibility.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Service fees paid to URSM are non-refundable once services have commenced.
• URSM is not responsible for refund delays or denials from landlords or vendors.
• URSM does not guarantee recovery of security deposits but will try to help in case any issue arises.

7. Accuracy of Information

If a client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, URSM shall not be responsible for resulting issues, delays, or penalties.
URSM may terminate services immediately in such cases.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold URSM harmless from:

• Claims arising from lease violations
• Property damage
• Vehicle misuse
• Legal violations
• Disputes with landlords or vendors
• Fines, penalties, or legal costs caused by client actions

9. Website Use

Users may not:

• Copy or reuse content
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Submit false inquiries
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

URSM may restrict or block access without notice.

10. Service Modifications

URSM may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time due to operational, legal, or vendor-related reasons without liability.

11. Force Majeure

URSM shall not be liable for service failure due to:

• Government actions
• Visa or regulatory changes
• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Public emergencies

12. Data Use
